The residence is located on the ground floor, with a total area of 100 sq.m. and its own independent entrance. It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and an open-plan living room with kitchen. The bedroom has air conditioning and direct access to the garden and pool area, where there is an outdoor dining area for the exclusive use of guests. The living room can accommodate up to 3 people on built-in beds of permanent construction.
The bathroom is spacious and has a washing machine.
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave). Sheets, towels, pool towels, and consumables (shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing detergent), and kitchen towels. It also has an electric iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and mosquito repellent devices. The living room has a ceiling fan, LED TV (smart with internet), mini or micro Hi-Fi, many books in Greek and English, and possibly in other languages. All rooms have screens on the windows and balcony doors.
Outside there is:
-A well-designed pool area with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a seating area.
-A playground with lawn and trampoline.
-A covered BBQ area fully equipped with a grill, traditional oven, sink, music system, and dining area that can accommodate up to 15 people.
-High-speed Wi-Fi in all indoor and outdoor areas.
-Open parking for 4 cars.
-Extra bed linen and bath and face towels are provided upon arrival.
-Cleaning service (upon request, at an additional cost).
-Use of BBQ upon request and weather permitting (wind).
-Map and complete tourist guide for Paros (in multiple languages).
