The house is developed on 3 floors, plus. area 270 sq.m.
All rooms have access to a terrace with great views.
It consists of 4 large bedrooms and can accommodate 11-12 people.
On the first level is the entrance and has 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, living room with fireplace and communicates with the garden & the Bbq through a large terrace overlooking the sea.
On the second level there is a “master” bedroom with its own bathroom, living room with fireplace and fully equipped kitchen.
The bedroom and the living room are connected by a terrace with a pergola with a wonderful view to the sea and it has access to the garden with an external staircase.
There is a garage covered with a pergola for 2 cars.
